Overview

The CHLORE claims (the “Property”) are located in the Clore River Valley, approximately 55 kilometers east of Kitimat, BC and also about 62 kilometers south-east of the airport near Terrace, BC. The Property consists of four mineral claims. The total surface area of the property is 1,005 hectares. The target deposit type on the Property is a calc-alkaline porphyry copper-molybdenum deposit. The work completed by the Company to date has extended the expiry date of the claims to September 19, 2027. As a result of the construction of the Coastal GasLink natural gas pipeline good gravel roads cross the property. Exploration on the Property can begin in late June at lower elevations and can extend into October. In the current fiscal year and for the foreseeable future, the Company intends to continue to focus its efforts on advancing the exploration and, if merited, the development of the Property.

Work Program Summary

The Company flew high-resolution magnetic, gradiometric, and radiometric surveys over a grid that was centered on the Property on March 10, 2021. The magnetic data shows suggests north-west south-east trending structures throughout the Property.

A two phased exploration program is recommended:

Phase One: Soil survey within the Property using the Mobile Metal Ion ("MMI") method.  Other work should include but not be limited to: geological mapping at 1:5,000 scale, with a strong emphasis on alteration mineralogy and structural geology; and Prospecting and Rock grab sampling. The Company is finalizing plans to conduct the Phase One work and intends to complete the Phase One work in the 2024 exploration season.

The Second Phase, contingent on positive results from Phase One, includes line-cutting and an Induced Polarization ("IP") ground geophysical survey. This will need to be focused on the areas of highest probability for success as determined in Phase One. There should be enough information following Phase Two to determine if drilling is recommended and if other drill targets can be developed.

The Company completed an exploration program at the Property during 2023 which included geological mapping, soil and rock-chip sampling.  Results and pending.
